The UPLB Department of Social Sciences congratulates Asst. Prof. Zoilo D. Belano Jr. for his appointment as the U.P. Alumni Association (UPAA) Envoy to Taiwan, Republic of China. Asst. Prof. Belano Jr. served the department as Chair from 2019-2021. He was also the Chief of the UPLB Housing Office and the Head of the Student Organizations and Activities Division (OSA).
