Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Program

The Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Program is a multi-component program that aims to help organizations and local government units to mainstream and localize GESI concepts and advocacies in their workplaces. This program aims to provide organizations and LGU’s the capacity to co-design workplace initiatives that will ensure that gender equality and social inclusion.

The components of the GESI program would include:
- Co-designing GESI in the Workplaces Online Course or Face-to-Face Training Program providing basic concepts and training on how to co-design GESI responsive workplaces
- GESI Advocate Pool to create a pool of advocates that shall be in-charge of leading and ensuring that their respective workplaces shall be GESI responsive
- GESI Mainstreaming Planning to capacitate employees in designing local initiatives and

This program will enable organizations and LGU’s to co-design their own GESI initiatives that are appropriate to their own contexts and scenarios so that they can have sustainably mainstream Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Program in their workplaces.
